Arry’s Roofing: A Roofer with a Heart

Untitled

No Roof Left Behind looks to help those who are in need of a new roof. This nationwide community service program started in 2009, and it gives people the opportunity to help others in their community who have fallen on hard times to get a new roof for free.

How the Program Works

Arry’s Roofing, the top Tampa roofing company, is proud to say that we’re giving back to the community by supporting this noble program. How does this program work? First, residents of Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, and the surrounding areas send in their nominations online and choose the individual they think deserves a new roof most. Volunteers then review all entries to narrow them down to just four finalists. The finalists in the area are then revealed online, and this is when public voting begins. The winner is then revealed online, and the community comes together for a fun installation day celebration.

Meet Our Recent Winner

Army veteran Joe Liles has been living in his Clearwater home for 15 years. He works as a full-time janitor and barely makes enough to make ends meet. Recently, he came close to losing his home because he couldn’t afford his homeowner’s insurance, especially with a dilapidated roof. This prompted his niece to nominate him for the No Roof Left Behind program, saying: “My uncle has served his country and never has asked for anything ever to be given to him! He deserves a break. Let’s show Americans what the American dream is all about and that is if you serve others and work hard good things will come your way! Let’s for once help someone who helps himself. Lastly, you will not hear him complain! Priceless!”

After the online voting was finally settled, Joe came out as the winner. Arry’s Roofing, one of the most trusted roofing contractors in Tampa and the surrounding areas, scheduled the installation celebration immediately.

Installation Day Celebration

The day of the installation celebration finally happened, with Arry’s Roofing working on the roof while guests were treated to a family-friendly street party—complete with food, refreshments, and activities courtesy of local businesses like Angels Inflatables, Boyle’s Aluminum and Screening, Mmmm Delicious, Sonny’s BBQ, and WDUV. The event was even covered by local news channel Bay News 9. Click here to see the whole report. When it was all over, the Liles residence looked like new.
