After nine years of smaller roofing projects, it was finally time, due to insurance requirements, to replace the entire roof. Choosing Arry’s Roofing was an easy decision based on the consistently great service I’ve received over the years. A big reason was a team member, Ronald. I’ve worked with him for nearly a decade, and his knowledge and professionalism have always stood out. He and his colleague Justin came out, did a thorough assessment, and clearly explained everything with no pressure, just straightforward information. That level of trust even led my neighbor to choose them as well, and both of our roofs were completed the same day with two crews. The roofing crew was outstanding, friendly, patient, and happy to answer my questions throughout the process. There were a couple of very minor items that showed up in different lighting. The team responded immediately, came out, and resolved everything right away. The office staff, Olivia and Gaby, among others, were excellent, very responsive, and quick to communicate via email or when I called. Jhon and Brian handled the stucco, chimney work, and painting, and their work was flawless. Very talented and took pride in their work from all that I could tell. For major home projects, I look for experience, quality, and responsiveness. Arry’s Roofing delivered on all three. I wouldn’t go with anyone else. We had a customized super gutter installed the first time and both jobs required outside structure wall repair, stucco and paint work. They did do roof repair as well. They are always professional and do high quality work. The crew was great and they not only did a great job but clean up was excellent too.
