Arry’s Roofing Services owner James “Arry” Housh was born in 1957 in Monterey, California and spent his childhood traveling with his family between the United States and Europe while his father was in the armed services. The family eventually settled in France.
Fast forward to age 19. Arry arrived in Florida ready to start a new chapter of his life. “I worked various construction jobs for two years until I was hired to put on roofs by a neighbor who needed help. In 1983 I passed the state exam as a roofing contractor and became the qualifier and operations manager for the same roofing company until 1989. I wanted to branch out on my own, so my wife, Becky, and I started our own business in 1990. We set our goals to serve the roofing needs of the community with honesty, integrity and quality service. Ten years later, our two sons, Stephen and Matthew, graduated from college and joined the team. We became what we are now: a successful family-owned and operated business.
Arry’s Roofing Services, Inc. specializes in roofing, and only roofing! We do all types, styles and facets of roofing, which includes residential roofing systems, commercial roofing systems and industrial roofing. We install roofs for new construction homes and buildings, we do roof-overs, coating systems, re-roofing, repair & service and offer unique maintenance plans for our clients to prolong the useful life of their roof. We have all in-house crews (no subcontractors) that are highly trained and specialize in metal roofing, tile roofing, shingle roofing and flat/low-slope roof systems.

Our approach to business is unique as we want to train and retain employees as career-oriented people. We follow all the rules and regulations required by the construction industry, but most of all we always make sure we stay in close communications with all our customers. We have the experience, knowledge and resources to handle consultative leak detection and repair. We are a certified Velux dealer/installer and specialize in installing all sizes and types of skylights and sun tunnel systems. We also do blown-in attic insulation, gutter & downspout systems, and soffit & fascia with re-roof systems.
As a certified contractor, Arry’s will provide the best warranties available with final inspections of all work performed. All projects, large or small, are well supervised and fully OSHA compliant.
